Description
Lame WIP taken with flash, obviously, but you get the idea. I AM getting stuff done!
Notice my terrible technique. Any real artist would do this in layers. Me? Nope. I finish one part, move onto the next, repeat. This is because I'm a fake artist (aka a fartist).
EDIT: I botched the head! I know I botched the head! No need to tell me. >.> It's too late now. I tried to scratch it out with a knife, but that just messed up the paper. Crit away on anything else, though. *headdesk*

Firstly, i just wanted to say, You botched the head you really did! IT IS BOTCHED!!!!
Sorry, after reading your edited comment, the temptation was simply too much to bear >.> I don't really think you did both the head.
Okaym firstly let me tell you that I simply ADORE LOVE ADMIRE CHERISH and whatever other word you can think of (I'm too tired to think of more) the way that you did the wings. Most especially, the really really long feathers. I love how they're so dark, but then gradually fade to a lighter grey, and the splatter effect that takes place on the distant wing.
I think that it might have been better if you had left the line off the far wing, and either just left it blank, or done a very very slight gradient, that was broken slightly, rather than a sketchy outline. And that the wing was less dark than the other to create more depth.
I think that the feathers on his legs are also great, they really give the picture movement, but the actual body, I'm not sure if it reminds me of scales, or feathers :l Then again, I am exhausted right now, and I have been seeing things all day, so if you want to, ignore what I just said.
Overall, I really like this, and I am extremely, unbelievably in love with the feathers on the wings in case you hadn't picked that up already XD And I am so tired, I am not even going to read my ramble, so, I apologize in advance
